Starting from 12:00 AM Toronto time on May 9, LetsVPN has resumed standard operations for users worldwide.
Account time will now be calculated and deducted according to the standard rules.
To avoid any confusion about account time, freeze compensation, and refund handling, please review the following details.
We have set the period from 12:00 AM Beijing time on April 8 to 12:00 AM Toronto time on May 9 as the compensation window.
This applies to all users worldwide. Any purchased account time during this period will be compensated in full.
After you use the Freeze Time feature for the first time, the purchased time covered by this compensation window will be added directly to your account.
Some users in mainland China may not have completed the freeze process yet. To give affected users more time, we are extending the freeze compensation period to 12:00 AM Beijing time on May 12.
Users who complete the freeze process before this time will still receive the account time compensation for the compensation window.
For users worldwide who have not completed the freeze process by 12:00 AM Beijing time on May 12, the system will automatically add the corresponding compensated time to their accounts at that time.
This extension is meant to give users extra time to take action and to help avoid any loss of account benefits caused by missing the freeze process.
After 12:00 AM Beijing time on May 12, this special compensation arrangement will end. Account time, service usage, and future refund calculations will all be handled according to the standard rules.
Please note that resuming standard operations worldwide does not mean the connection experience has fully recovered in every region.
At this time, we still cannot guarantee service availability in mainland China.
Please decide what to do based on your own actual usage situation.
All refund requests will continue to be processed under the current handling process.
